Trade Marketing Manager

Location: London (priority) / Birmingham with occasional travel to Amesbury and Birmingham/London office

Type: Permanent full-time

Salary: £35k - £55k

We are a leading E-Cigarette wholesaler. We are committed to creating an international new tobacco brand, building a global technology company with leading technology, and providing high-quality and safer traditional tobacco substitutes for smokers.

We have been developing for 15 years in the international markets within 104 countries and become Top 3 in the e-cigarette industry. There are over 10 million customers globally, and the numbers are still increasing. We stick to the orientation of high-quality products and great customer service, not just selling products. In addition, we are always trying to build deep and sustained cooperation with our customers.

Due to our continuous growth and expansion, we are now seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Ø Overseeing all Trade Marketing requirements for the business in all channels

Ø Creation and implementation of an executive trade marketing strategy suitable for all channels

Ø Responsible for all local market brand development with Grocers, Wholesales, Symbol Stores, C – Stores, Vape Stores & Online

Ø Support with all trade marketing project work

*Shop In Shop

Ø Development of a trade strategy aligned to the brand strategy

Ø Cross functional support across

*Sales, Trade Press, International Sales, Marketing & Commercial Function

Ø Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with the sales and marketing objectives

Ø Working with external agencies across press, design, print and media

Ø Management of a trade marketing budget and monthly reporting against that budget

Ø Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities

Ø Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected

Requirements:

Ø Ability to communicate effectively and prioritise

Ø Results driven mindset and proactive

Ø 1 year's minimum experience working in trade marketing

Ø Ideally have experience within the Vape Channel but not essential

Ø Passionate, engaging and committed to succeed

Ø Strong planning and organisation skills

Ø Strong IT skills across standard programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator Teams etc.)

Ø Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Ø Confident and personable – a great relationship builder

Ø You have prior experience within Trade Marketing.

Ø You have strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Ø You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

Ø You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
