We have been developing for 16 years in the international markets within 104 countries and become Top 3 in the e-cigarette industry. There are over 10 million customers globally, and the numbers are still increasing. We stick to the orientation of high-quality products and great customer service, not just selling products. In addition, we are always trying to build deep and sustained cooperation with our customers.

Due to our continuous growth and expansion, we are now seeking experienced regional & city sales managers with the quality of leadership to manage a team and build business. The positions are based in different cities and surrounding areas.

London: 1 Regional Manager + 2 City Manager

1 City Manager in Leeds & York and surrounding areas

1 Regional Manager and 1 City Manager in Birmingham

Successful candidate will ideally have experience in the e-cigarette industry with retail experience preferred. Regional Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Region Manager to join our team. As a Region Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team in the designated area, ensuring the achievement of company sales targets and increasing market share. You will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, training and guiding the sales team, and establishing and maintaining good relationships with channel partners.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets and performance indicators.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
Responsible for recruiting, selecting, and training new sales personnel to meet the needs of business development.
Analyse market trends and competitor dynamics, provide regular market feedback and reports.
Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with channel partners to promote product sales and marketing.
Supervise and manage the performance of the sales team, provide necessary support and guidance to achieve team goals.
Ensure the implementation of sales processes and sales policies, maintain the company's image and reputation.
Coordinate cooperation with other departments to ensure effective utilization and coordination of resources.

Requirements:

1 Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2 Five years or more of sales management experience, with experience in regional management preferred.

3 Excellent communication skills and team leadership skills, able to effectively motivate the team to achieve performance goals.

4 Good business acumen and market analysis ability, able to accurately grasp market dynamics.

5 Good interpersonal skills and team spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with people of different backgrounds and levels.

6 Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, able to effectively manage and handle various challenges in complex environments.

7 Proficiency in English communication is preferred.

City Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven City Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within our designated cities under the guidance of the Region Manager. As the City Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service within the city’s territory. You will work closely with the Region Manager to align city-level sales initiatives with broader regional objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets within the designated cities.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the city sales team to maximize their performance and potential.

3. Establish sales goals and objectives for the city team, and monitor progress towards achieving targets.

4. Collaborate with the Region Manager to align cities sales initiatives with regional sales objectives and strategies.

5. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the city sales team to provide feedback and guidance.

6. Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion within the city territory, and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients within the city territory.

8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for sales operations within the cities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role.

3. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.

6. Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the cities territory as needed.
